They are seeking a Direct Claims Associate Account Manager that has a minimum of three years’ experience in property and casualty claims. A BA/BS degree is required, a J.D. is preferred and CPCU designation and adjuster’s license is a plus. Responsibilities include evaluating all aspects of loss notices and claim tenders; coordinates defense strategy with counsel and participating insurance carriers; manages case resolution process; etc. Candidates must have strong analytical and communication skills, ability to meet deadlines and possess proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and other internet applications.
