Accountant/Office Admin – $30 – $40 Per Hour

Summary:  Super Temp opportunity for an Accountant/Office Admin with this brand marketing firm based in the Seaport area!  This is a long-term temp assignment (late July – November) and will be hybrid (in office/remote).  Wonderful group to work with so apply today!  Job Code: 16699

Accountant/Office Admin Responsibilities:

  • The work load is estimated to be Billing (60%), AP (25%), and Office Admin (15%)
  • Facilitate client billing working closely with Account Directors to gather client information
  • Work with Finance on other projects as needed
  • Assist office admins as back-up

Accountant/Office Admin Skills/Qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ accounting experience
  • Comfortable with accounting systems (Workamajig preferred or knowledge of QuickBooks)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel)
