Administrative Assistant – Private Equity – $75K +Bonus

The AA will support six high profile members of the IT Team in general administrative duties and other project support.  This role is an integral resource in coordinating meetings, maintaining calendars, scheduling travel, preparing presentations, and acting as the IT liaison between other department admins and vendors.  You will also be expected to troubleshoot problems and work with the departments databases.  Candidates must have a BS/BA, 3-5 years work experience, skilled in Microsoft Office 365 Suite and be willing to learn additional tech tools and applications.  This is a highly reputable firm that promotes an entrepreneurial spirit and values diverse and innovative thinking!
