Established Investment Management Firm with clients worldwide is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support Legal & Compliance Executives. Great hybrid role that could potentially turn into a permanent opportunity. The AA will provide traditional support (calendar management, meeting coordination, word processing) as well as preparing materials for committee meetings, assisting with annual report/client communication, composing business correspondence, managing vendor contracts, and assisting with special projects within the departments. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree, 4+ years’ of relevant work experience, strong computer skills (Word, PDF, Excel), excellent communication and organizational skills, and a positive “can do” attitude.
