Private equity firm has an opening for an experienced Administrative Assistant to fill a temporary position.
Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant
- Prepare/process heavy volume expense reports
- Update AIM database, CRM, and Excel spreadsheet lists
- Print/bind/distribute presentations
- Manage conference rooms, including set up and clean up
- Handle kitchen supply inventory
- Assist with special projects when necessary
Requirements for the Administrative Assistant
- Bachelor’s degree
- Expense report processing experience
- CRM management necessary
- Investment ops experience preferred
Compensation for the Administrative Assistant
- Hourly salary up to $18.00 per hour
