Administrative Assistant- TEMP! – up to $18/hr.


Private equity firm has an opening for an experienced Administrative Assistant to fill a temporary position.

Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant

  • Prepare/process heavy volume expense reports
  • Update AIM database, CRM, and Excel spreadsheet lists
  • Print/bind/distribute presentations
  • Manage conference rooms, including set up and clean up
  • Handle kitchen supply inventory
  • Assist with special projects when necessary

Requirements for the Administrative Assistant

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Expense report processing experience
  • CRM management necessary
  • Investment ops experience preferred

Compensation for the Administrative Assistant

  • Hourly salary up to $18.00 per hour
