These would include some marketing (database management, marketing materials, customer communication, manage online advertising and working with PR/Marketing consultants); leasing responsibilities (tenant communication, on-site meetings, lease signings, etc.); assisting with tenant build-outs and sub-contractors, preparing meeting materials and other admin duties and assist with the company’s philanthropic opportunities.
