Administrative Project Coordinator – $65K-$70K +Bonus

The Administrative Project Coordinator is a new position that will work closely with a key member of the Leadership Advisory Team.  This role is virtual but must be based in the Eastern Standard Time Zone (preferably NY or CT).  Resumes not located in this time zone will not be considered.  The Administrative Project Coordinator will support the team by utilizing strong communication, technical and problem-solving skills.  Specific duties include travel coordination; calendar/time management; database management; create/edit documents and presentations; and event coordination.  The role will work closely with consultants so exceptional customer service is required.  A Bachelor’s degree is preferred as well as 2+ years’ experience in business operations or working on project teams; excellent computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Zoom, MS Teams, SharePoint, management tools – Gantt charts, Visio); and excellent attention to detail.  This opportunity offers a great compensation and benefits package.  Apply today!
