Assistant Manager, Human Resources – Up to $110K +Bonus

Great opportunity for an Assistant Manager, Human Resources specializing in Compensation and Benefits at this successful Private Equity Firm. This role is hybrid and will have global comp responsibilities; assist developing/implementing benefits packages; work on global surveys; and executing annual pay processes.  Ideal candidates will have 8+ years in HR experience; strong project management and communication skills; be advanced in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of compensation terms and processes; analyze data regarding comp strategies; working knowledge with HRIS systems (Workday preferred); and experience with global comp administration (Americas, EMEA, Asia-Pacific, etc.).  This is an outstanding opportunity to build your HR career into a global level.
