Located west of Boston, this role is a member of the HR Team and will assist with the administration of all aspects of human resources services and programs. Primary responsibilities are to coordinate HR policies and programs (compensation analysis, hiring efforts, onboarding programs, and performance management), ensuring that the University is in full compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations. In addition, the position will assist in developing, implementing, and evaluating ongoing HR policies, programs, functions and activities. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s and PHR/SPHR Certification preferred) and least 5-7 years HR experience in higher education or not-for-profit organization. Strong understanding of DEI concepts, experienced with HRIS and applicant tracking systems, and excellent skills in communication, Microsoft Office Suite, and detail-oriented are required.
