Highly ranked global law firm is seeking an Attorney Recruiting & Development Coordinator to join their Boston office. This role is hybrid (in office/remote). The Coordinator will be responsible for all activities involved in campus recruiting, attorney development, establishing relationships with Law Schools, corresponding with incoming applicants, and routing resumes for review by recruiting and committee members. Candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, 2+ years’ experience in professional recruiting, excellent communication skills, and a strong interest in a recruiting/development career.
