Our client is a law firm seeking an Audio Visual Analyst with excellent customer service skills. This role will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and scheduling all audio/video conferences, meetings, presentations and associated hardware. The A/V Analyst will work closely with Conference Services and IT Staff. They will also set up equipment for presentations, webinars, depositions, hearings, and more. Candidates should have 3+ years’ experience with Cisco video conferencing systems and audio-visual concepts, understanding of H323, SIP and other related protocols, experience with video conference systems, and provide basic PC support.
