The Benefit Administrator’s primary focus is to assist with the administration and maintenance of this top-rated, global law firm’s benefit plans. You will also be a valued resource to all employees by responding to questions about the firm benefits. Daily responsibilities include processes insured benefit invoices; liaise with benefit carriers/vendors; assist with writing and creation of communication pieces (open enrollment guides, web page content); maintain electronic employee personnel files; present benefits orientation to new hires, etc. If you have a Bachelor’s Degree, 1 to 2 years’ benefits administration experience, working knowledge of federal/state requirements strong Excel skills and experience working with HRIS systems (Workday a plus).
