Large tech company is seeking a Campus Recruiter (hybrid role) to liaise with universities recruiting students and recent grads. This role will represent the company and its’ brand hosting college career days, building internship programs and evaluating junior candidates. Primary areas of responsibility include screening resumes; conducting interviews and skill assessment tests; reporting on recruiting methods; design, post and advertise job opportunities; and liaise with company leaders to define hiring needs. Your experience must include knowledge of candidate evaluation techniques, proficiency with resume databases and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and familiarity with social media sourcing.
