One of the nation’s largest law firms is seeking a Conference Services Coordinator to oversee all aspects of in-house catering and events, greet visitors, manage phones, and provide clerical support to the Business Services staff. Specific duties include schedule firm-wide meetings while coordinating with other offices, liaise with meal vendors, create/maintain hospitality binder, resolve any administrative/facilities issues that may arise and create/distribute an electronic bulletin showcasing meeting/conference activities each day. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree, minimum of one years’ experience in a professional services environment, ability to multi-task various projects, have strong computer skills (Microsoft Office), and willing to work overtime as needed.
