Boston office of a large law firm has an opening for a Conference Services Support member to ensure all functions of reception desk are handled professionally. This role will operate the phone system, greet and direct visitors, book conference rooms, coordinate catering and work closely with the Business Services and Hospitality teams. Responsibilities include assisting with clerical duties, ensure visitors have office space and equipment they require, Assist with in-house catering/events, etc. Must have a Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of experience working in a professional services environment as well as excellent customer service and computer skills (Microsoft Office).
