Construction/Design Project Manager & Personal Assistant – Up to $100K

This is a great job if you are organized, energetic and have a can-do attitude!  Our client has multiple properties in Cambridge and throughout New England and is seeking an employee to assist with property maintenance and provide support to the homeowners and staff as needed.  Primary responsibilities include overseeing all household contractors and vendors, coordinating renovations/repairs, managing household expenses, assisting with household and family events, and managing other projects as needed.  Candidates must have experience as a Property Manager, Construction/Design project manager,  or similar role (experience working with the trades required), ability to prioritize assignments, strong computer skills (Microsoft Office), willing to travel domestically to manage vacation home and work independently.  You must also have a valid driver’s license and vehicle as well as be fully vaccinated for Covid-19.  These are wonderful people to work with especially if you’re looking to have an independent job.
