Corporate Access Logistics Analyst – $62K-$73K

Our client is expanding their corporate access/events team and is seeking to hire a Corporate Access Logistics Analyst based out of the NYC office.  The focus of this position will support logistics and daily operations of the team and will work closely with key stakeholders, vendors and investors.  Duties include planning, execution and logistics for roadshows and other corporate access events; managing expenses and travel; update industry/pipeline reports; maintain client information; prepare post event reports; and other related projects.  Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of roadshow logistics/corporate event administration; be proficient in Microsoft Office, Ipre and MeetMax; and work well under strict timelines.  Great opportunity to expand your resume in this area.  Apply today!
