This is an exciting opportunity to bring your job skills to a new customer service focused position in this company that conducts on-line auctions. This role will work with clients selling through the company’s auction channel (training on auction software will be provided), respond to all customer inquiries regarding auctions prior, during and after the events, maintain the CRM database and improve on any processes that will provide guidance and support for buyers/sellers. Candidates must have a passion for providing best-in-class customer service, solid computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite and web-bases data entry systems) and excellent communication skills. Please note that the job will start off as working hybrid (from home and in office) with the potential to go fully virtual.
