The Customer Service Representative requires working with the Sales and Customer service teams, having direct customer interaction and much more. Key responsibilities are maintaining the company website, handling product requests, records and fulfillment, attend tradeshows, and assist with company and department special projects. As your experience develops the role should evolve to include working with customers in presenting merchandise, and assisting the Field Sales Team with merchandise and solving customer service needs. College Degree is preferred and strong skillset in data management, Excel and basic computer software, communication and attention to detail. Knowledge of jewelry (diamonds and gemstones) as well as two plus years’ inside sales experience is preferred.
