Director, HR Systems – Healthcare – Up to $150K +Bonus

Our client is a national network of health and human services providers.  The Director of HR System will be responsible for leading, planning and project management of the development of an HR People System. You’ll partner with HR and IT Teams within the company and external vendors to develop and execute this program.   It also includes facilitating the operations within the HR organization.  This opportunity is remote and can be based anywhere in the country.  A BA in Human Resources or Business is required as well as eight plus years’ of HR Systems experience and a minimum of five years’ management/HR experience.  Required skills include experience with Ceridian/Dayforce, ability to deliver and maintain large systems implementation, leadership and team management, and knowledge of current customer service best practices.  This is a great opportunity in a growing industry!
