Director of Compensation – Up to $200K

Global law firm is seeking a Director of Compensation to develop and execute a compensation strategy and programs for all of its offices.  This role is viewed as the subject matter expert and will provide program recommendations, evaluate similar programs in the competitive marketplace and best practices regarding compensation programs.  The Director will also analyze and identify opportunities to automate and improve the compensation processes.  Ideal candidates must have 10+ years experience in compensation-related positions (with a law firm is preferred); Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Finance (advanced degree a plus); CCP certification is required; proficiency with HCM systems (Workday and PayScale/PayFactors preferred); and advanced problem solving/analytical skills.  This is a remote position but will need to be based in a city where the firm has an office.
