Director of Human Resources – $180K-$250K DOE!

Innovative technology company is seeking an experienced (12+ years) Director of Human Resources to lead the North America HR/HRIS teams.  Candidates must be a strong leader and strategic business partner who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.  The main focus of the Director of HR will be on developing/administering programs and responsibility for Corporate HR functions such as Compensation, Performance Management, and DEI.  The HR Director will partner with senior management to support corporate goals and work closely with international HR teams on various programs.  Qualified candidates must have 5+ years at director level, prior experience managing HRIS (Workday preferred) and strong project management and leadership skills.  Prior experience in high tech is a plus.  Masters and SPHR/SHRM certifications preferred.  Great opportunity to work with a respected and growing company and is also a hybrid (in office/remote) position.
