This client is growing quickly and is hiring a Director of Talent Acquisition to help build a dynamic talent acquisition team and provide leadership to existing recruiters. Primary responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies, partner with hiring managers and train them on hiring best practices, building a strong talent pipeline, and tracking metrics to make data-driven decisions. You must have extensive talent acquisition experience (ideally within the tech space), proven track record of leading and developing teams; experience with ATS (Jazz HR), and developing recruiting, sourcing and employment branding.
