Executive Assistant/Office Manager – New York City – Up to $125K

Established  commercial real estate company that invests, operates and develops properties across the country is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Credit Team in the  NYC office.  The EA is a hybrid role and will also coordinate the day-to-day operation of the office.  Your are responsible for traditional EA duties (travel, maintain calendar, coordinate meetings, expense reports, etc.) as well as prepare reports and presentations.  Other areas include greeting guests, working with HR to onboard new hires, manage general office supplies/equipment, liaison with landlord, and assist with special projects as needed.  Candidates must have an Associate’s degree 1+ years’ of related experience; ability to write reports, business correspondence and manuals; excellent people skills; and a solid proficiency in math.  This company is growing and looking to fill this role immediately!
