Our client is a highly regarded private equity firm seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager (FP&A Manager) to join this newly created team. The FP&A Manager will analyze the budget process, work with clients to develop key metrics, lead the development of a multi-year strategic plan, be responsible for capital structure management, balance sheet and cash flow analysis, mentor junior team members, and work closely with senior executives across the firm. Interested candidates must have a BS/BA; 8+ years of experience in a financial analytics environment, preferably in a corporate FP&A group; expert Excel and PowerPoint skills; and strong project management skills.
