Large firm is seeking a Foreign Filing Paralegal to work closely with attorneys, tech specialists and staff to ensure that clients; foreign IP is protected. This role must provide exceptional client service, manage a foreign patent prosecution docket, prepare client correspondence/documents for the US Receiving Office and international patent offices, prepare foreign patent cost estimates and obtain executed assignments, declarations and other documents. Candidates must have a Bachelors’ degree, 3+ years of patent prosecution experience (including working in PAIR and e-filing with USPTO Receiving Office), working knowledge of PCT and foreign patent rules and filing requirements, and experience with IPDAS and Foundation IP preferred.
