Front Office Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage reception area (greet guests, arrange office space, catering, manage office supplies, etc.)
  • Set up meetings for executives/VIPs
  • Point of contact for building management
  • Coordinate security garage and gym passes
  • Other projects as needed

Front Office Manager Skills/Qualifications:

  • 2+ years’ relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Positive, professional attitude
