Our client, a growing healthcare tech company, is seeking HR operational support to assist in the design and implementation of new HR programs. These may include Diversity and Inclusion, Employee Engagement Survey, Ethics programs, etc. They need someone who is savvy in Workday reporting and can analyze data, identify trends and pull it together in a comprehensive HR report. Must have 3-5 years’ experience as an HR Generalist or HR Operations role, Bachelor’s Degree in HR, experience with US Benefits, LOA and Payroll admin and strongly skilled in PowerPoint, Excel (pivot tables, charts, etc.) and able to learn new HR topics quickly.
