The HR Generalist will manage and focus on key HR initiatives with the assistance of three direct reports. Responsibilities include managing talent develop programs; drive retention and engagement initiatives; “owning” the compensation program; collaborating with the team and business leaders to fully understand their objectives and how they relate to human resources; creating new approaches to improve department efficiency and mentor and coach direct reports. Ideal candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree; 8+ years’ of HR experience (HR policy, procedures, and employee relations); SHRM or HRCI certified; excellent problem-solving skills and results oriented; experience in creating and executing employee development programs; knowledge of employee labor laws and legal issues; and excellent communication skills.
