An HR Generalist is needed at this national provider of dialysis services office just north of Boston. The role will support the Employee Relations team in resolving staff member issues and inquiries. Key responsibilities include serves as first point of contact for HR inquiries within assigned region(s); provide guidance to Employee Relations regarding HR best practices and company policies and procedures; ensures compliance with regulatory requirements (EEO, FMLA and ADAAA); investigates HR issues with the assistance of department experts and consults with senior management/executives on complex situations and drafts HR documents, reports and forms utilizing HR reporting system as well as other HR related activities. Must have a BA in related field, 2+ years’ experience in HR related functions, excellent customer service skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
