This role will be responsible for creating learning materials and may take the lead on select projects. Qualifications include a BA/BS degree, experience developing and delivering management training programs, 5+ years’ experience in talent development role, proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and MS Teams. Familiarity with change management methodologies and coaching experience is preferred. This assignment is a remote based role from March – June with a possibility of extending.
