The Training Specialist will work remotely to develop and deliver programs to help change behavior around performance management processes, reviews, setting goals and other HR initiatives. At times training will be delivered virtually, but the main focus is on developing the content and creating PowerPoint presentations, slides, recordings, etc. Excellent communication skills, experience in talent management and development and highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Teams are all a must.
