Key responsibilities include analyzing data within the HRIS, compensation and equity systems; preparing reports/presentations on workforce metrics, benefits, compensation and equity; serve as a member of the compensation & equity team executing incentive programs; and assisting with HR functions (payroll, budgets, benefits, recruitment, retention, and more). A Bachelor’s degree is required as well as 3+ years’ experience (HR environment preferred); strong analytical skills (HRIS); highly proficient with SAP Success Factor or Workday, Microsoft Office; and great communication skills.
