HR Benefits Specialist Responsibilities:
- Focus on benefits administration, benefit audits, HRIS
- Manage leave processing
- Assist with Tuition Reimbursement Program
- Manage and process all benefit related invoices
- Assist with other HR related projects as needed
HR Benefits Specialist Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years benefit administration experience
- Solid computer skills – Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS, Workday preferred
- Strong attention to detail
