The HR Generalist will support recruiting, onboarding and new hire orientations; manage employee events and training to ensure staff experience is a positive one; and ensure that HR operations (pay, benefits, contract renewals, PTO, etc.) flow flawlessly. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years’ experience as an HR Generalist; Bachelor’s degree; Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office and other software); be a self-starter that can prioritize and multi-task projects; and enjoy working in a small office, educational environment.
