Human Resources Generalist – $90K-$120K DOE

Our client is a consulting firm that works closely with companies in the medical field.  They are seeking an HR Generalist to focus on the planning, design and implementation of employee training programs and will support the employee lifecycle from start to finish (recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, benefits, etc.). This role will also support leadership in day-to-day operations; maintain compliance with government labor laws and guidelines and explore industry best practices; and manage additional projects as needed.  Interested candidates must have 5+ years of relevant experience; knowledge of governmental/employment laws (FMLA, ADA, ACA, PFML, etc.); the ability to prioritize a busy workload and meet deadlines; and strong computer skills.  The HR Generalist is a hybrid role (in office & remote) and is a critical part of the HR team.  Please submit your resume today!
