Human Resources Manager – Up to $140K +Bonus

Our client is a large investment firm that is seeking to hire a Human Resources Manager will work with senior leaders, manager and the HR team to deliver solutions that will support individual and team performance.  This role will also focus on developing a program to source talent, designing onboarding plans and employee communications and participating in other related projects as needed. Candidates must have a BS/BA, 8+ years’ experience in talent Management or HR ( + years in recruiting), experience in DEI related programs, knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, Workday, e-learning or other learning technologies a plus, and possess research, analytical and project management skills.  This is a hybrid role (in office/remote) and is with a fantastic firm offering competitive compensation and benefits packages!
