Learning and Development Manager – $120K-$125K +Bonus!

The Learning and Development Manager will support the Portfolio Analytics team by designing and executing training programs to onboard, train and develop team members.  These programs will include technical training, job-specific skills and professional development.  candidates must have a BS/BA and Ideal 5 to 10 years of related work experience; extensive experience in recruiting, training and coaching at various organization levels; superb communication skills; ability in understanding key business initiatives and priorities; and solid project management skills. Experience with Articulate Rise training programs as well as use of Teams, and WebEx and Mural for virtual training is beneficial.  Experience with private equity, asset management, or finance companies is preferred.  The role is Boston-based however some remote work may be possible.   This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a highly reputable Boston firm that promotes growth for its’ employees.
