The Leave Administration Coordinator will support the team in the day-to-day management of Leave of Absence/FMLA/ADA cases. General Duties include responding to inquiries on policies, procedures and employment law, maintaining records, reports and logs, composes internal correspondence, generates reports using HRIS systems, maintains online databases, manages communication with field offices related to Leave of Absence, communicates with other departments regarding employment data and assists with other special projects. Candidates should have a BA in related field, 1-3 years of HR experience, strong understanding of state and Federal laws and how they impact Benefits, Payroll and Employee Relations, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent customer service skills.
