The primary focus of this role will be to support and deliver programs for the Firm’s talent management program for legal personnel in the Boston office. Areas of responsibility include collaborating with legal personnel to coordinate semi-annual evaluation processes; provide personnel support and guidance to Associates and Counsel Committees; work with the DEI group on various initiatives; assist with development/training programs and much more!! A Bachelor’s degree is required as well as one to three years’ experience; excellent written, analytical and data analysis skills; strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, viDesktop, PeopleSoft); and the ability to multi-task and take initiative.
