National law firm has two openings (Boston and NYC) for Personnel & Development Coordinators to support programs/projects focused on professional development/training and in recruitment and diversity initiatives as needed. Activities will include developing and executing on development and training programs, and evaluation and compensation processes, tracking and evaluating program results, and updates/manages database and HRIS systems. Must have 1 to 3 years’ relevant experience (preferably in a law firm), strong technical skills (MS Office, talent management software – viDesktop, LawCruit and PeopleSoft), excellent analytical skills and the ability to multi-task several projects.
