This global law firm is seeking a LPD Diversity Analytics Coordinator based out of their Washington, DC office (hybrid schedule), however if the right fit is found could also be in the Boston or NYC office. The Coordinator will assist in delivering projects involving quantitative/qualitative data for their competency-based talent management programs. The primary focus will be on client survey requests, RFPs, internal/external diversity data reports and more! Other areas of responsibility include liaising with Finance, HRIS, IS, Client Development to respond to DEI sections of of RFPs, create reports to assist with information requests, track industry benchmarks/best practices, and update PeopleSoft as needed. Interested candidates must have strong data analysis/technical skills, excellent computer skills (MS Office, PeopleSoft, Foundation, etc.), solid communication skills, and 1 to 3 years’ experience preferably in a law firm.
