Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree; 2+ years’ relevant experience with legal personnel or HR generalist/recruiting experience preferred; proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, PeopleSoft and viDesktop (or other talent management systems); and strong attention to detail, analytical and communication skills. The role will work on various recruitment and diversity and inclusion programs; analyze recruitment data; coordinate interviews, onboarding, meetings, and presentations; participate in special projects as needed.
