Our client is seeking a highly motivated professional Legal Recruiting Specialist with a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years’ legal recruiting experience to work out of their Boston or NYC office. This role will be involved in overseeing/implementing all stages of the recruiting process. Duties include sourcing candidates, cultivating relationships with search firms, executing all steps of the interviewing and post interview process, conducting background/reference checks, providing updates to firm members involved, drafting communication during the recruiting process and mentor/train coordinators in the department. Must possess excellent communication skills, work well under pressure, have strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) and provide outstanding customer service.
