Legal Recruitment – NYC Law Firm – $50K-$65K DOE

Our client is seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Coordinator to work out of their Boston, New York or Washington, DC office. As part of the recruitment team this position will play a key role in the full hiring efforts for entry and experienced hire levels.  Responsibilities include organizing resumes, fee agreements and other department documents; maintaining the recruitment calendar (meetings, interviews, etc.); assisting on hiring events; establishing external relationships (law schools, candidates) and communicating updates to the team and external partners.  Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree, up to five years’ experience with law firm or professional services recruiting; familiarity with applicant Tracking Systems (viDesktop, LawCruit) and Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of recruitment marketing.  Great role to build your career with a firm that believes in the development of their employees.  Apply today!
