This candidate should have at least 10 years of IT experience (5+ years managing IT deskside support), strong understanding of Microsoft products (Windows 10, Office, Office 365), Virtual Desktops, IT service management software (Cherwell, ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.), and knowledge of Cisco phone and video technologies.
