This is a really great opportunity to work with a dynamic sales team in sales support. The Customer Success Manager will work with customers and their marketing teams to ensure that their initiatives and marketing programs are fully executed as well as with internal teams (business development, marketing, product, etc.) to provide customer needs and feedback. Looking for 2+ years of account management/sales support experience with national brands (retail preferred) as well as digital knowledge and excellent communication skills. Experience with Salesforce and with credit card or CRM industries preferred. This role will start out remote during COVID however the position will ultimately move to the Boston-based office.
