Office Manager – $65K-$70K

Small, private investment management firm is seeking an Office Manager to oversee all aspects of office administration, transition of electronic records project and provide general support for staff members.  Key areas of responsibility include front desk/reception; office management (office supplies/equipment; off-site storage; organize meetings, etc.); and general administrative duties (review/send client information; assist in preparing reports; prepare weekly office/client payments; draft basic correspondence, etc.). In this small, but busy office setting you’ll have the opportunity to work with a great group of people on a variety of projects.
