Exciting opportunity for an Operations Administrator who will act as the day-to-day client contact ranging from multi-family offices, foundations, registered investment advisors and other custody clients. Responsibilities include processing client requests and timely resolution of inquiries, maintain activity records, work with teams to identify and resolve issues. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance and minimum of two years’ client service experience in financial services or banking experience is preferred.
