The Office Administrator (a Director level position) will primarily liaise with Human Resources handling employee relations and staffing for the Boston office and will work closely with the heads of various departments (Operations HR, Finance, IT, Client Development, etc.) to monitor and address all employee relations issues, coach and counsel employees and other HR areas. You will implement firm-wide policies and practices, work with HR to manage all aspects of the employment lifecycle and HR policies; effectively use resources that support the operations and physical environment of the practice; coordinate with Finance on annual budgets and analysis, and be required to work with department heads on other special projects. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, 7 years of related experience, a Bachelor’s degree, conflict resolution skills and ability to facilitate change, highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
